    Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of internet primary bank's e-service quality on intention of continuous use and recommendation intention and focus on suggesting implications of the study. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is shown that transaction quality and design quality of e-service quality positively influence on the intention of continuous use, whereas information quality and safety quality do not affect. Second, information quality, transaction quality, design quality, and safety quality of e-service quality have a positive effect on recommendation intention. Third, intention of continuous use has a positive effect on recommendation intention. Interestingly, it was found that the factors of e-service quality in internet primary bank influenced recommendation intention more than intention of continuous use.
